Hallway leading to exterior Door 222A needs to be touched-up with paint above the ceramic tile in numerous areas where dirt and debris. 8 . Ceramic file is not finished grouting at exterior Door 222A, door needs to be repainted on the inside and hollow metal frame needs to be repainted. 9. Large stack of acoustical insulation stored in this area right now. 10. Transition strip needs to be installed between the ceramic file and the carpet at the area directly in front of Corridor 222 where it changes from carpet to ceramic tile in front of Door 220, 221 & 222. Open Work Area 223 1 . Hollow metal Door 223 right side of door frame above them idle hinge is damaged. 2. Top of hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted. 3 . Bottom left of hollow metal door frame drywall needs to be sanded. 4. Inside face of Door 223 finish is damaged and that is also true of the bottom above and below the view light. 5. Drywall to the left of the hollow metal door frame above the vinyl base needs to be repainted. Also, hollow metal frame is dented just below the bottom hinge. 6. Drywall to the bottom left of Door 224 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 7 . Right of Door 224 hollow metal frame is not cut flush to the door frame. S . Vinyl base top edge between outside corner and the Door 224B drywall mud needs to be removed. 9. Hollow metal Door 224B needs to be repainted on the outside edges and at the head. 10. Stops for the pocket door needs to be painted and caulked. 11 . Inside head opening wood exposed, unacceptable. 12 . Acoustical grid along the wall at Door 224B , drywall mud the complete length needs to be cleaned and removed. 13. Inside corner to the left of the exterior window needs to be cleaned of drywall mud at the vinyl base. 14. Drywall below the window sill of exterior window to the bottom right towards the bottom left drywall is damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 15. Anchor for the furniture systems has pulled the drywall where it has been secured underneath the window sill. 16. Right side jamb at the exterior wind needs to be repainted. 17 . Borrowed light 225 BL2 window frame needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular at the bottom left at the jambs , etc. 18 . Four or five ceiling tiles not in place. 19. Borrowed light 225 BLl left side bottom left needs to be sanded and repainted and bottom left outside edge. 20. Drywall to the right approximately 8 inches off the bottom right comer needs to be sanded and repainted. Computer Room 225 1 . Wood Door 225 side of door at the hinges is not finished. 2. Outside and inside face of Door 225 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . 3. Drywall above Door 225 needs to be repainted. 4. Right of Door 225 , FM 200 line coming up at the door needs to be relocated. It is in an improper location . 5 . To the right of borrowed light 225 BL2 outside corner of boxed in column this area needs to be patched, repaired, sanded and repainted.
