All plywood back boards need to be touched-up with paint where they have been cut and chipped, this is a <br /> black fire protective treated paint. <br /> 8. Borrowed light 225 BL I , bottom right drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular. <br /> 9. Bottom right and left of the hollow metal frames needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 10. To the right of borrowed light 225 BU and to the left of Outlet V22 drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and <br /> repainted between the hollow metal frame and drywall. <br /> 11 . Drywall wall between Door 223A and 227A needs to be touched-up with paint where there is carpet glue and <br /> dirt and debris . Also, above the vinyl base in numerous area gouges in the drywall needs to be patched, <br /> sanded and repainted. <br /> Production Room 226 <br /> I . Drywall to the left of Door 226 needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 2. Door 226 needs to be cleaned of paint, drywall and dirt, etc . <br /> 3 . Bottom left of door 226 vinyl base is not adhered. <br /> 4. Left side of hollow metal frame 226 needs to be caulked and repainted where it abuts the drywall . <br /> 5 . Boxed out column to the right of Door 226 vinyl base is not adhered at the corners . <br /> 6. Ceiling grid to the front of fire alarm horn strobe three grids off the wall, plastic on it, needs to be cleaned. <br /> 7 . Five ceiling tiles not in place. <br /> 8 . Ceiling tiles at sprinkler heads have fingerprints, dirt and debris. <br /> 9 . Vinyl base needs to be installed at the cabinetry kick. <br /> 10. Floors need to be cleaned of scuff marks, dirt and debris. <br /> 11 . Back splash needs to be cleaned of paint at the side and in the back. <br /> Mailroom 227 <br /> 1 . Bottom left and right of Door 227, hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall is irregular. <br /> 2. Door needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris, drywall mud, etc . <br /> 3 . Door head needs to be repainted at the outside edges. <br /> 4. Walls need to be touched-up with paint in numerous areas where there is fingerprints, dirt, etc . <br /> 5 . Three ceiling tiles not in place <br /> 6. Top left of Door 227 at the top hinge drywall needs to be touched-up with paint. <br /> 7. Drywall above the vinyl base between doors 227A and 228A is very rough and irregular. Needs to be sanded <br /> and repainted. <br /> Work Room 228 <br /> 1 . Door 228 needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris, fingerprints, etc. <br /> 2. Inside to the right of hollow metal door frame 228 drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 3 . Bottom edge of hollow metal window lights hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 4. Bottom left of door frame 228 drywall caulking needs to be painted. <br /> 5 . Floor needs to be cleaned of paint, scuff marks, etc . <br /> 6. Seven ceiling tiles not in place. <br /> 7 . The 2nd ceiling tile off the south wall and the 5b ceiling tile off the west wall tile is damaged. That is also true <br /> of the 4's ceiling tile off the south wall and 7" ceiling tile off the west wall. <br /> 8. Corridor leading to Door 209A leading out to Corridor 103 walls need to be cleaned of drywall dust, dirt and <br /> debris, completely on both sides. <br /> 9. Hollow metal door frames need to be cleaned of carpet glue. <br /> 10. East wall opposite the restrooms areas, there are dents and fingerprints in the drywall.
