Bottom left of door 209 , inside corner needs to be repainted. 12. Drywall below drinking fountains needs to be touched-up with paint. 13 . Drinking fountains need to be cleaned of dirt, debris and drywall mud. 14. Bottom left of door 209 vinyl base does not set flush to the drywall , needs to be removed and drywall sanded in and made smooth. 15 . Bottom right of hollow metal Door 209 needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is irregular and also chips in the hollow metal frame. 16. Hollow metal frame 230, outside edges where it abuts the drywall , needs to be sanded and repainted . Also, inside edges need to be sanded and repainted where it has been chipped. Men's Restroom 229 1 . Light switch cover needed to the right of Door 229. 2. Hollow metal door frame top right needs to be sanded and repainted. 3. Door 229 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . 4. Paper towel holder needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall finish. 5 . Ceramic tile needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . 6. Ceramic tile where the drain lines penetrate need to be replaced, opening is cut large and irregular and not neat, not acceptable. 7 . Floor, wall tiles, etc, need to be cleaned of dirt and debris, not cleaned at this time. 8. All toilet accessories need to be caulked to the drywall finish. 9. Ceramic tile below Handi-cap lavatory opening cut too large where the drain lines penetrate the ceramic tile wall. 10. Walls and floors are full of drywall dust, etc. Needs to be cleaned. 11 . Grout in the ceramic tile around the toilet paper holder and the Handi-cap stall is irregular, unacceptable need to be redone and corrected. 12. South wall left inside comer where ceramic tiles meets the drywall, finish is irregular and rough, painters tape was left on the finish and the finish is not cut in tight to the ceramic tile. 13 . All toilet partitions need to he cleaned of drywall dust, dirt and debris . 14. Ceramic tile needs to be cleaned of all markers . 15 . Wall finish where it abuts the ceramic tile finish, tape has been left in throughout. 16. Finish on the paint has been left in place and tape cut in to the tile leaving the paint finish on the tape. All tape needs to be removed and finished patch is unacceptable. 17 . Drop ceiling needs to be touched-up with paint in numerous areas by the can lights. 18 . Center of dropped drywall ceiling paint finish again is irregular, painters tape left in place and finished over. 19. Ceiling grid has a mark on the finish, the ceiling gird just to the left of the vanity at the toilet partition screen support. Women's Restroom 230 1 . Floors need to be cleaned, toilet partitions need to be cleaned, counter top and Restroom needs to be completely cleaned of drywall dust, dirt and debris. 2. Same issue as we had on Restroom 229 painters tape in place and finish applied over the painters tape at all inside corners at walls and ceilings and hollow metal door frames . 3 . Hollow metal door frame, inside face, needs to be repainted where the paint finish is damaged. 4. Light switch cover left off to the left of Door 230. 5 .
