Door 002 is waiting to be replaced with solid core door without a view light. 12. At this time vinyl base is not secured at Door 002 at exit stairs . 13 . Hollow metal frame needs to be repainted and carpet needs to extend out towards the inside of the hollow metal door frame stop. Carpet is cut too short. Office 215 1 . Vinyl base to the left of Door 215 on the outside not secured properly to the drywall and also above the vinyl base area irregularities in the drywall need to be patched and repaired . 2 . Hollow metal door frame top left corner needs to be sanded and repainted . Also, drywall where it abuts the door needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 3. Wall mounted wall stop the door stop needs to be installed. 4. Drywall at the top of the hollow metal door frame 215 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 5. This room has furniture in it. 6. Metal frame for Door 215 outside face top right and left corners are dented . 7. Drywall jambs for interior window need to be repainted on left and right sides and storefront frame has excessive staining on it, needs to be cleaned. 8. Bottom left of Door 216B where it abuts the drywall and the bottom right needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Very irregular. 9. Vinyl base to the left of Door 216 is not adhered properly. 10. Stops in the head of the pocket door frame 216 needs to be caulked and repainted. Also, inside of the head frame wart is exposed, unacceptable. Office 216 1 . Drywall above hollow metal door frame head outside of Door 216 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 2. Door 216 bottom right the bottom hinge finish is chipped and also edges of door needs to be touched-up, re- stained, at the hinge side and the strike side. 3 . Top right interior hollow metal door frame is dented. 4. Top left of fire wall where it abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 5. Drywall around light switch to the right of Door 216 needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular. 6. Electrical outlet on the east wall electrical cover needs to be set plumb and level . 7. Two ceiling tiles out of place . 8. Ceiling tiles to the north and the west of the return air grille are damaged . 9. Left drywall jamb of exterior window needs to be repainted. 10. Exterior window has excessive dirt, etc. Needs to be cleaned. 11 . Drywall to the right of Door 217 to the outside comer of Training Room 217 above the vinyl base drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 12. Drywall on the Corridor side from the southwest corner of Training Room to the southeast corner at Door 217 , door needs to be cleaned of drywall, dust, dirt and debris the completer length of the wall. 13 . Drywall below fire extinguisher cabinet and above vinyl base needs to be repainted. 14. Drywall to the right of Door 217 needs to be repainted between the Door 217 and the outside corner. 15 . To the left of door frame 217 approximately 12 inches off the floor drywall rough and irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 16. Door 217 - outside, right side paint on the finish.
