Ceiling tile to the west of the 3rd light fixture coming off of Door 201 and the 2 full ceiling tile off the <br /> drywall header chip in the rile . <br /> 8. Door 202A needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . <br /> 9. Transition strip is needed between ceramic tile floor and the carpet at Door 202A. <br /> 10. Outside corner of Work Room 203 in the Open Office area 206 just in front of Door 202A paint finish around <br /> this corner needs to be touched-up with paint. Wall has fingerprints, dirt, etc. That is the complete wall from <br /> Door 202A to the outside corner and from outside corner to borrowed light 203. <br /> 11 . Green accent wall along Office 205 and the partial wall at the end of Corridor 208 and Open Office Area 205 <br /> needs to be repainted, fingerprints, scratch, dirt and debris on the wall. <br /> 12. Hollow metal door 205A needs to be repainted on the left and right jambs approximately 12 inches up off the <br /> floor. Also, left jamb hinge side is bent at the floor of the door frame. <br /> 13 . Green accent wall the outside wall of Office 205 on either the left and right side of borrowed light 205 needs <br /> to be repainted in numerous areas . <br /> 14. Borrowed light 204 and BL2 that is the right of Door 204A top left corner needs to be cleaned of green accent <br /> color. <br /> 15 . Hollow metal door frame 204A needs to be touched-up with paint the he base. <br /> 16. Cabinetry along the east exterior wall at the drive thru area needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall, the <br /> base cabinets and the back splash. <br /> 17. Back splash to the right of drive thru window joint in the back splash is unacceptable, irregular. <br /> 18. Drive thru window sill is unfinished. <br /> 19. Back splash to the left of the drive thru window has caulking and drywall mud on it, needs to be cleaned off. <br /> Also, edges of the drywall opening to the drive thru window needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 20. Back splash along the south exterior wall needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall and that is the same <br /> with base cabinet. <br /> 21 . Southernmost knee space underneath the drive thru window drywall cut out around junction box is very <br /> irregular, needs to be neat and clean. Also, center knee space there is an opening between the knee space and <br /> the sill of the drive thru window. <br /> 22. Electrical outlet to the right of the F4 window and exterior wall at the drive thru area, needs to be cleaned of <br /> paint. <br /> 23 . Back side of drop soffit at Open Office Work Area 206 & 202, ceiling grid needs to be cleaned of black paint. <br /> Also, joints at the radius of the grid in this area are excessive, this needs to be corrected and be cleaned of <br /> drywall mud. <br /> 24. Header between the outside corner of Work Room 203 and Office 205 where the grid abuts this header, not <br /> acceptable, west side of the grid is a double ceiling grid butted together, irregular, voids in it, drywall mud, <br /> etc ., southeast fingerprints, paint, unacceptable, ceiling tile setting uneven the complete length of this header. <br /> 25 . Ceiling tile in front of the borrowed light window 203 just to the right of exist sign chip in the tile. <br /> Office 201 <br /> 1 . Door 204A — Wall mounted door stop needs to be installed for Door 204A. <br /> 2. Finish on the metal of view light frame needs to be repainted inside and out. Paint is peeling off. <br /> 3 . Door needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. <br /> 4. Drywall around electrical outlet to the left from Door 204A needs to be sanded and repainted. This is also <br /> true of the light switch, drywall is irregular. <br /> 5 .
