New County Administratiolr cUlding January 20, 2006 <br />Vero Beach, Florida <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />for <br />Bid Package 5.2—Aluminum Fabrications <br />the previous day, prior to the start of any Work the next day, and upon eight hour notice, <br />the CM\ may perform the Subcontractor's clean-up and deduct all costs from -tile Contract.. <br />14. Provide all Warranties and closeout documents per the contract documents. Warranties <br />will commence\on the date of Substantial Completion. <br />15. Weekly Toolbox Saf1tf meetings are to be held and signed minutes are to be submitted . <br />to Turner Project Management by 3:30 PM every Friday. Minutes are to be signed by all <br />subcontractor employees project. ; <br />16. If additional work is to be performed that is,.outside of the current scope of work, the <br />subcontractor will formally notify and receive a Potential Change Order number <br />(PCO #) prior to performing any of the #rk. Turner will, in turn, issue formal direction to <br />price and/or proceed with the ch pge:., Any change order requests that were not <br />specifically requested by Turner or do not reference a valid PCO # number will be <br />rejected in their entirety. <br />17. Markup on work performed 6y subcontractors shall be limited to the amount allowed by <br />the Owner, but in no casefshall the amount for overheaa`exceed 10% and the amount for <br />profit exceed 10%. <br />18, It is the responsib fif of this subcontractor to have qualified'personnei available to <br />accompany anyauthorities inspecting the project relating to his work. <br />19. All submittA to be submitted in complete packages with speciffcations sections and <br />paragra 1i numbers noted in quantity, format, and forms as directed by Turner.`\ <br />20.
