Face of boxed out column above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted . <br /> 5 . To the left of Door 623 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted at the inside corner and to the left of the <br /> bottom hinge. Also, the complete length from the floor to the top left comer of the hollow metal door frame <br /> 623 needs to be repainted. <br /> 6. Behind Door 623 cover plate needs to be installed on clean out to the left of Door 623 . <br /> 7 . Drywall finish around electrical outlet on the west wall needs to be repainted. <br /> 8. Left edge of west wall drywall needs to be sanded and repainted . Irregular. <br /> 9. Opening leading into Open Office Area 614 right side between the outlet and the right opening drywall is <br /> irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, vinyl base is not adhered. <br /> 10. Left of opening into 614 marks on the drywall need to be repainted . That is also true of the east wall adjacent <br /> to area 616 needs to be repainted above the vinyl base. <br /> 11 . Ceiling tile scratched and one tile chipped, that is 3 tiles off the opening leading into Office area 614. <br /> 12. Ceiling tile, one ceiling file off the top left corner of borrowed light 613 BLI fingerprints on the tile. <br /> 13 . Ceiling tile, the 3`tl ceiling tile coming off the about the center of borrowed light 613 BLI just near the return <br /> air grille, tile is chipped. <br /> Men's Restroom 618 <br /> 1 . Hollow metal door frame 618 needs to be repainted. <br /> 2. Drywall to the right of Door 618 needs to be sanded and repainted where it abuts the hollow metal frame. <br /> That is also true of the left side the complete length from floor to top corner. <br /> 3 . Drywall where it abuts the head of hollow metal door frame 618 on the outside needs to be sanded, caulked <br /> and repainted. <br /> 4. Hollow metal frame 618 needs to be completely repainted. <br /> 5 . Inside face of Door 618 bottom edge needs to be cleaned of drywall mud . <br /> 6. Ceramic tile needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris at the base of ceramic wall tile, floor tile, vanity tops, etc. <br /> this room has not been cleaned at all. <br /> 7 . Right side of hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted on the outside edge. <br /> 8 . Where the paint finish meets the hollow metal door frame and any other fixed items, painters tape has been <br /> left in place and painted over. This needs to be removed and repainted. That is also true at the ceiling where <br /> the wall finish and ceiling where painters tape has been left in place and painted over. <br /> 9. Access panels not installed in the ceilings. Two large and one small . <br /> 10. Protective covering needs to be removed from toilet accessories. <br /> 11 . Counter top needs to be caulked where it abuts the ceramic tile. <br /> 12. Left inside comer of vanity sat the ceramic tile, grout unacceptable finish, this needs to have a neat clean <br /> finish. <br /> 13 . Grout missing under the vanity innumerous areas at the wall tile. <br /> 14. Voids in the grout at the flush valve for the urinal . <br /> 15. Wall needs to be patched above the paper towel dispenser. Also, in this area to the left and right of the <br /> opening to be patched no grout in the tile joints. <br /> 16. Escutcheon plate needs to be put on the drain line. It penetrates the ceramic tile wall and be set tight to the <br /> ceramic tile wall. <br /> 17. Protective wrap for the lavatory plumbing lines, this is in the Handi-cap toilet stall needs to be secured and <br /> snapped tight together, where they are pulling off. <br /> 18 . Caulking at the water closet at the front edge has void in it between the water closet and ceramic tile. <br /> 19. Right inside corner the east wall of Handi-cap stall, wall finish and ceramic tile has not been cut in neat and <br /> clean . This needs to be redone.
