Transition strip needed between the ceramic tile floor and the carpet that is both at the Men ' s and Women ' s <br /> Restrooms. <br /> 2 . Hollow metal door frame needs to be completely repainted. <br /> 3 . Drywall to the right of hollow metal frame 619 needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 4. To the right of Women ' s sign drywall needs to be repainted where there is a mark on the wall. <br /> 5. Left of hollow metal door frame 619 drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 6. Room needs to be completely cleaned, floor, walls, toilet partitions, vanity, counter tops, etc. <br /> 7 . Painters tape has been left in place at all door jambs and also ceiling where the wall and ceiling meets and <br /> then painted over, this is unacceptable, needs to be redone. That is also true above the ceramic base. <br /> 8 . Right inside corner above the vanity needs to be cut in neat and clean between the wall finish and ceramic tile <br /> and the grout joints. <br /> 9. Counter top needs to be caulked where it abut the backside of ceramic tile. <br /> 10. Grout joints missing below the vanity cabinet, needs to be repaired. <br /> 11 . Floor drain needs to be cleaned of grout. <br /> 12. Ceramic tile wall not finished above the paper file dispenser and to the right of the mirror and also grout joints <br /> missing in this same area. <br /> 13 . Handi-cap sink escutcheon plate need to be installed at the sink at the ceramic tile wall where it penetrates the <br /> wall and also wraps for the drain line needs to be secured and snapped together. <br /> 14. Ceramic tile opening cut too large at the escutcheon plate for the flush valve of the water closet. <br /> 15 . Ceiling needs to be repainted around the A/C grille and the light fixture towards the center of the room and <br /> also around the perimeter, especially above the vanity. <br /> Janitors Closet 620 <br /> 1 . Right side of drywall and right and left side where it abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, <br /> caulked and repainted. Drywall finish is very rough and irregular. <br /> 2. Head of hollow metal frame 619 where the drywall hits the frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 3 . Transition strip needed between the carpet and the sealed floor in the Janitor' s Closet. <br /> 4. Wall needs to be painted where it abuts the ceiling tile and to the right of Door 619. <br /> 5 . Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 6. Inside corners need to be sanded and painted. That is especially true of the right inside corner and the left <br /> inside corners to the right and left of Door 619. <br /> 7. Drain pan for hot water heater the outside comer needs to be cut off at an angle and flush to the stand <br /> S. Two ceiling tiles not in place at this time. <br /> 9. Boxed column to the left of the Door 619 outside corner and face needs to be sanded and repainted and vinyl <br /> base needs to be re-secured. <br /> Work Room 621 <br /> 1 . Room is completely filled with furniture. <br /> 2 . Entry coming into 621 off of Corridor 606 bottom right and left side corners need to be cleaned of carpet glue, <br /> repainted and need to make sure the vinyl base is properly secured to the drywall. <br /> 3 .
