Door 615 — Hollow metal door frame outside and inside left and right edges of the hollow metal jamb and the top head needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. Office furniture is installed in this office at this time. 3 . No vinyl base in this room. 4. Right inside comer to the right of Door 615 drywall needs to be sanded flush and smooth so the vinyl base can set level. 5 . North wall drywall to the bottom left of electrical cover needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Drywall exterior wall to the bottom left of the electrical outlet and around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. 7. Exterior window on the east wall, sill needs to be cleaned of paint. 8. Window sill needs to be caulked where it abuts the aluminum frame of exterior window. 9. South exterior wall bottom left inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted. 10. South exterior window right side sill needs to be caulked right inside corner. 11 . Ceiling grid above the south exterior window top right and top left corners drywall void at the grid needs to be patched and repaired. 12. Light switch cover plate to the left of Door 615 needs screw installed. Open Work Area 616 1 . West wall bottom right outside corner of Open Office Area 616 the partial wall bottom corner needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. Office furniture is installed in this office at this time. 3. West wall middle of the wall above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired. 4. Top right inside corner of the west exterior wall drywall mud needs to be cleaned off the ceiling grid . 5 . South exterior window in Open Office Area 616 right drywall jamb needs to be repainted and outside edge needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Window sill needs to be cleaned of paint. 7. North exterior window sill, bottom left drywall edge needs to be sanded and repainted. It is cracked. 8. Inside corner to the left of the northernmost exterior window needs to be repainted approximately 5ft. up the wall . 9. North wall and left bottom corner drywall needs to be sanded and repainted and also vinyl base needs to be re-secured to the wall. 10. Borrowed light 623 BLl top left corner needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is chipped . Also, where drywall abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . 11 . To the right of Door 623 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted between the Johnson control box and the hollow metal door frame. 12. Ceiling tile damaged the 0 ceiling tile off the exterior wall between the northernmost and center window, tile is chipped. 13. Two ceiling tiles not in place over the southernmost exterior window area. Storaee Office Area 617 1 . Outside corner of 4ft. 9 projection wall projecting off the north wall of Computer Room 623 and the Open Office Area 617, outside edge corners need to be sanded and repainted. Also, the face is irregular, the drywall face in this wall needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. Vinyl base is not secured to the wall at this outside corner. 3 . Boxed out column to the right of Door 617A right inside corner of drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also vinyl base needs to be secured at the outside corners .
