Begin control with at physical intersection with S .R. 5 (US 1 ) Baseline control <br /> as <br /> established by D . O.T. <br /> Recover previous (IRC) or set two tidal Bench Mark monuments in the vicinity of existing boat ramp and <br /> the Indian River. <br /> Horizontal Control shall be tied into State Plane coordinate system utilizing either I.R.C. or City of Vero <br /> GPS monuments . Coordinates and Elevations shall be shown on all major control points with a reference <br /> to monuments used. <br /> TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY, <br /> Locations of all surface features and underground utilities (as visible or per information supplied by <br /> I.R. C. and other sources) . <br /> Location of established Mean High Water Line elevation (Tidal Waters), as it exist surrounding the entire <br /> corridor. <br /> +/- Locations of Mangrove outlines or areas of environmental concern. Depict type and +/- height of <br /> Mangroves. <br /> Cross-Section at 100 ' stations, offset 100 ' left and right of existing centerline of graded road. <br /> Soundings - extend 200 ' corridor beyond existing boat ramp +/- 100 ' Easterly of MI-1W line. <br /> Topographic survey at 100' stations and intervals of the Indian River County parcel located on the north <br /> side of Oslo Road adjacent to the western shore of the Indian River (Part of Section 19 and 20, Township <br /> 33 South, Range 40 East - Parcel Number 33401900000700000002.0) <br /> Our survey will be performed and prepared in accordance with the survey requirements of the Minimum <br /> Technical Standards (M.T. S .) set forth by the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers, pursuant to <br /> Section 472. 027, Florida Statutes and Chapter 61 G 17, Florida Administrative Code. <br /> Based on our review of the existing survey data, right-of-way maps , property appraiser' s maps, aerials <br /> and the existing conditions of the site, we estimate the cost to perform the required field tasks and prepare <br /> the necessary survey certificates to be the following: <br /> 1 .
