ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br /> NORTH AND SOUTH WATER TREATMENT FACILITIES <br /> OFF -SITE WELL INSTALLATIONS <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES (Continued) <br /> a telephone conversation with SJRWMD staff, it is assumed that an electronic copy of the IRC <br /> groundwater flow model is available from the SJRWMD or the County . <br /> A narrative addressing the results of the groundwater flow modeling effort will be prepared for <br /> inclusion in the CUP modification application. The narrative will address evaluating potential <br /> impacts on other existing users, off-site land uses, water resources, or environmental features from <br /> the additional groundwater withdrawals at the three new North wellfield supply wells . <br /> Task 1 .4 - Water Use/ Population Projections <br /> Data on current and projected population growth, water use, customer connections, per capita water <br /> use, and service area through 2011 , will be compiled from data provided by the County and <br /> developed for the Master Plan Update . Compiled data will be evaluated and presented in appropriate <br /> graphs and tables for inclusion in the CUP modification application to support the request for the <br /> additional withdrawal quantities . <br /> Task 1 .5 — Water Quality and Water Level Data Evaluation <br /> Current water quality and water level data from the North wellfield supply wells and monitor wells <br /> will be compiled from data provided by the County . Compiled data will be evaluated with respect to <br /> saline water intrusion and presented in appropriate graphs and tables for inclusion in the CUP <br /> modification application to support the request for the additional withdrawal quantities . <br /> Task 1 . 6 - Prepare Application and Supplemental Information <br /> PBS&J will prepare the SJRWMD Individual Water Use Permit Application for modification of the <br /> CUP with assistance from the County . As part of the permit application, supporting documents , as <br /> described below, will be prepared by PBS &J with input and assistance from the County: <br /> • Narrative updating the new supply well operation schedule and stand-by capacity at the <br /> North Wellfield . <br /> • Narratives updating the current and projected wastewater disposal quantities and reuse of <br /> reclaimed water <br /> • A scaled map identifying the locations of the existing and proposed supply wells, service <br /> area boundaries , and landmarks . <br /> • A listing of all property owners within 2 , 640 feet of the new supply wells or 400 feet of the <br /> property boundaries (to be supplied by the County) . <br /> • Proof of property control for the three new supply well locations (to be supplied by the <br /> County) . <br /> CAF/bw/U:\WO\Projects\IRC_W_WW2004\TA_CUP\01 _Proposals\New Wells\Attachment Ldoc <br /> Last Revised 8/23/2004 5:05 PM <br /> 2 <br />
