tentatively approve the same, public hearings shall be had. Should either the Zoning Com- <br />mission or the County Commissioners upon their tentative consideration disapprove the <br />application and the applicant elect to proceed no further, then the fee deposited with the <br />County shall be returned to the applicant, otherwise, the fee shall remain the property of <br />the County. Should public hearings be held, then in connection with the publication of the <br />notice for the public hearing before the Zoning Commission, the County Engineer shall <br />mail a written notice to all property owners owning property within 300 feet of the outer <br />limits of the area described in the petition requesting a change, advising all such.owners <br />as shown upon the last prepared and complete Tax Assessment Roll of the County stating <br />in simple terms the proposed change and the time and,piace of the public hearing. The <br />provisions hereof providing for mailing of notice is directory only and the failure to mail <br />such notice shall not affect any change or amendment of said Zoning Resolution. <br />16. When a person requests a change in Zoning for a zone other than R 1 A, R 1, R 2,A, <br />R 2, or F 1, then such requested change, if granted, may be contingent upon the applicant <br />obtaining a permit for the proposed construction within 6 months and completing the con- <br />struction within one year. <br />17. When Effective: The original Resolution became effective at 12:01 A.M., on the 1st <br />day of February 1957. <br />18. It shall be prohibitive to separate any lot which would, result in any portion of said <br />• lot failing to meet the minimum requirements herein established for the zone in which said <br />lot is located. <br />19. No buiking or structure shall be moved from one lot or premises to another unless <br />such building or structure shall thereupon be made to conform with all the provisions of these <br />regulations relative to buildings or structures thereafter erected upon a lot or premises to <br />which such building or structure shall be moved. The County Engineer is hereby authorized <br />to require any person applying to obtain a permit to move a building from one lot or premises <br />to another, to post a bond, either in cash or surety company bond, meeting with the approval <br />of the County Engineer in a sum not to exceed twenty-five hundred ($2500.00) dollars, <br />• deposited with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian Ri er. County, <br />Florida; a cash bond or if a surety bond, payable to the order of the Board df County <br />Commissioners of Iridian River Couty, Florida, conditioned upon the applicant's <br />compliance in all respects with the Zoning Regulations and codes pertaining to the area <br />on which such building shall have been moved. <br />20. Sunk cars and Junk shall not be permitted in any area other than authorized junk <br />yards. <br />21. There shall be no signs in residential zones which do not conform to the use which <br />that zone allows, and no sign shall be artificially illuminated in residential zones. There <br />shall be allowed small occupational signs, real estate signs, building contractor signs, <br />religious or public bulletin board, for sale or for rent signs, traffic or street signs, <br />professional name plates and memorial tablets. <br />22. Ali signs shall be constructed and maintained only within property lines and shall in <br />no way be upon or over the road right of way, and shall not obstruct vision at street intersec- <br />tions.. <br />SECTION 17.
