Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, and unanimously carried, that the Engineer be authorized <br />to notify the Beverage Department that the application of Ralph Caporrino <br />for the Turf Club, for an intoxicating liquor, consumption -on -premises <br />license, does conform to the zoning regulations of the County. <br />The County Engineer reported that Mr. Carson'Platt would give <br />the right-of-way for SR 512 if the Board would agree to abandon the <br />Old right-of-way upon completion of the new road. Motion was made <br />by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and un- <br />animously carried, that the Engineer be instructed to inform Mr. Platt <br />that.the Board would like to retain the old right-of-way for road -side <br />recreation purposes and, if any part is not used for public purpose, <br />then it will be vacated to the adjoining property owner. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Waddell and unanimously carried, that the County Engineer is .authorized <br />to procure the services of a qualified person to bring the inventory. <br />and property records up-to-date; and that each department in the <br />Courthouse is instructed to designate an employee to work with this <br />person when he comes to their office. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and carried, the request of the Rockridge Property Owner's <br />Association to purchase twenty-five chairs at $4.00 each for their <br />community building, was granted. <br />Upon Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Waddell and unanimously carried, the payment of $1,440.00 was authorized <br />as per agreement with Mr. Jim Young, representing his mother, Mrs. <br />Lucille G. Young, for a right-of-way, 30' x 1320', on Glendale Road, <br />west of Kings Highway. This includes land and twenty-four citrus trees. <br />BOOK .9 PACE.33l <br />OCT .61965 <br />
