The Contractor will resume dredging at the applicable unit rate once the <br /> residual turbidity levels return to permit compliance: and ( b) All shutdowns and/or <br /> non-productive time due to or ordered by the Owner. En ineer. or ?ermitting agencies <br /> inrelation to permit restrictions including, but not limited to small tooth saga fish . <br /> shore birds and/or sea turtles including the creation of buffer zones around anv <br /> location where shore birds or turtles have been engaged in nesting behavior or <br /> territory defense. CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE <br /> 6. 1 The Information required of Bidders includes General Information and a Plant and <br /> Equipment Schedule. These forms shall be completed by the CONTRACTOR and <br /> submitted with the bid. The project experience specified in the General Information <br /> forms shall include the fill volume for each project and preferably include projects <br /> constructed in the state of Florida. <br /> 7 . PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING <br /> After Contract Award and before construction operations are initiated, the COUNTY shall notify the <br /> CONTRACTOR of the date and time for a mandatory Pre-Construction Meeting. The meeting shall <br /> be audio taped. The purpose of the meeting shall be to develop mutual understanding relative to <br /> details of the project, including the Quality Assurance Plan (as described in Section 40) all <br /> documentation requirements included in the Contractor' s Daily Quality Control Report, daily <br /> administration of the program, and the working relationship between the CONTRACTOR and the <br /> COUNTY including any consultant(s) working for the COUNTY. The COUNTY shall review with <br /> the CONTRACTOR the Plans and Technical Specifications, submissions identified in Section 8 of <br /> these Technical Specifications, permit requirements, lines of contractual and administrative <br /> authority, daily reporting requirements, submittals schedule and construction methods. A letter of <br /> record shall be written by the COUNTY documenting all items discussed at the meeting and a copy <br /> TECHNICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIFICATIONS Rev October 5 , 2007 TS-3 <br />
