Mr. Clarence E. Davidson <br />May 9, 1966 <br />1-95, a distance of 7.5 miles at an approximate cost of <br />$140,000. <br />... The purchase of 80' of rights of way and the construction <br />of 27th Avenue (Emerson) SR 607, from Route 60 to the <br />South Relief canal, a distance of approximately 2.75 miles <br />at an approximate cost of $140,000. The construction <br />shall be a two foot wide strip on either side of the <br />existing pavement with_ a 24 foot wide asphalt cap and the <br />creation of right and left turn lanes at 1 mile intervals. <br />Note: A new school will be built at the Southwest corner <br />of Citrus Road and Emerson Avenue. <br />The purchase of 80' of rights of way and the re -construction <br />of 43rd Avenue (Clemanns) SR 611, from Route 60 to Citrus <br />Road, a distance of 2.0 miles at an approximate cost of <br />$130,000. This shall be the complete re -construction of the <br />road to provide an adequate base 24 feet wide and the <br />addition of right and left turn lanes at 1 mile intervals. <br />There should be a municipal type section construction for <br />.the first 350 feet south of Route 60 to preserve some parking. <br />Respectfully, <br />.E.
