1 .06 AS -BUILT SURVEYS <br /> A. CONTROL INFORMATION FOR AS-BUILT UTILITY SURVEY WORK <br /> 1 . All as-built drawings shall state in 1 " lettering "AS-BUILT <br /> RECORD SURVEY" located in the bottom right hand side of the <br /> drawing original and/or copies , along with the as-built date . <br /> 2 . All as-built surveys shall meet the minimum requirements of the <br /> Chapter 61G17 , Florida Administrative Code Pursuant to Section <br /> 472 of the Florida Statutes . All surveys shall be based on a <br /> minimum horizontal control Third Order, "Class 2 . " <br /> 3 . All state plane coordinates shall be based on the Florida State <br /> Plane Horizontal Data (East Zone) ; Florida High Precision <br /> Geodetic Network (Superstation ) and NAD 83/1990 — final <br /> adjustment. <br /> 4 . State plane coordinates shall be physically tied to a minimum of <br /> two known state plane coordinate benchmarks that utilize number <br /> 3 above . State plane coordinates shall be shown on survey at <br /> benchmarks used . <br /> 5 . All elevations shown shall be based on 1929 NGVD . <br /> 6 . All incoming as-built survey AUTOCADD drawing files shall be <br /> received on 3 . 5" diskette and in state plane coordinates . (NOTE : <br /> Prior to submitting the 3 . 5 " AUTOCADD diskette , three (3) copies <br /> of each survey shall be submitted for review and approval . After <br /> all approvals , a signed and sealed Mylar reproducible along with <br /> two (2) signed and sealed copies of each . survey shall be <br /> submitted . <br /> 7 . All as-built survey drawings shall be tied to a minimum of one <br /> permanent reference monument (P . R . M . ) every 1400 feet if <br /> available , and tied to a minimum of two section comers or one <br /> section comer and one '/ section comer, which ever is closest to <br /> the project. <br /> 8 . All as-built survey drawings shall be calculated in a Cogo package <br /> for future G . I . S . Information , The Cogo used shall meet the Cogo <br /> requirements set forth by the Department of Utility Services. <br /> 9 . All as-built surveys shall include a minimum of two (2) existing or <br /> established benchmarks for vertical control every 1 ,400 feet and <br /> shown on all surveys . <br /> 10 . Horizontal Control Monumentation (if required) for utility lines shall <br /> be a minimum of two (2) points at a maximum of 1 ,400 feet <br /> between points and shown on all surveys. <br /> 11 .
