Motion was seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried.
The County Administrator read a letter from Mr. Samuel Draper, Dir-
ector, Revenue Projects Division, State Road Department, stating that
the Comptroller and Engineer of Secondary. Roads have determined that the
proposed Highway Secondary Trust Fund Loan is feasible from a fiscal and
.engineering standpoint, and requested that the request be formalized by
the adoption of a resolutionfwhich was enclosed) and that the request
will be presented to the Board of Highway Secondary Funds Trustees at
their meeting early in January. Commissioner Macdonald moved that the
Resolution be adopted, seconded by Commissioner McCullers. Commissioner'
Bogosian then asked if a delay would jeopardize the request, as he would
like to have a little time to study the resolution. Commissioner Mac
•donald then withdrew his Motion for the reason of letting Commissioner
Bogosian further study the Resolution. (After confexing with Mr. Draper
by telephone in Tallahassee, Commissioner Bogosian was informed that the
Board of Trustees intend to meet on approximately January 20 and that
Mr. Draper expects::.to ca117another. meeting in February)
Mr. Anthony Filete, resident on Citrus Road, appeared before the
Board, questioning when Citrus Road, from Clemens Avenue to Kings Highway,
would be paved, stating he thought this was much.inore important than
the paving of Glendale Road, west of Kings Highway. He was informed
by the board that this portion of Citrus Road was not on the egunty program
for this year.
The County Administrator requested the Board to advise him the
procedure they wished him to follow in opening of the County right of way
between A1A and the Atlantic Ocean in Government Lot 10, Section 36,
_Township 31S, Range 39E. This 70' right of way is between property owned
by Fred Tuerk and Hugh Corrigan and is a matter of working out the de-
scription with the two property owners. After discussion, Commissioner
Macdonald moved, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously
carried, that the County Administrator and the County Attorney begin
immediate negotiations with the property owners in order to settle the
question as soon as possible and open that street in its entirety.
JAN 4 1967
BOOK 10 PACE 151
