The County Administrator presented a letter from Mr. Clarence <br />Davidson, State Road Department, advising that they have had a request. <br />to release the Murphy Act Reservation on Lot 10, Block 2, Sunnyside Park, <br />Subdivision in the City of Vero Beach, and. in order to release all of the <br />reservation, the State Road Department requires the City and the County <br />to furnish a Resolution recommendiing that all of the reservation be <br />released or advising what portion .they wish to retain. Mr. Jennings also <br />presented ..copy==of:-Resdlutioh Noc .1874, adoPtedbjl. the City Couri'cil of tch <br />Vero Beach, stating they have no objection to the release. Atter <br />discussion and viewing the plat of Sunnyside Park Subdivision, and noting <br />that this reservation is not on any road planned by the County, Commissioner <br />Macdonald moved, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian and unanimously carried <br />that the following Resolution be adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 67-1 <br />WHEREAS, the owners of Lot 10, Block 2 <br />Sunnyside Park Sub- <br />division, according to plat thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 1, page 7, in the <br />City of Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, have requested that the <br />State of Florida release the right of ways reserved by the State of Florida <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Murphy Act; Now, therefore, <br />BE. IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the State of Florida be herewith advised <br />that this Board has no objection to the release of all reservations held and <br />retained by the State of Florida pursuant to the provisions of the Murphy Act <br />as they pertain to the above described property. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolu- <br />tion be furnished to the State Road Department. <br />JAN .
