and ENGINEER's CONSULTANT shall determine which specification or <br />requirement governs, and the ENGINEER's and ENGINEER's CONSULTANT 's <br />decision shall be final. <br />E. Other Specifications and Requirements: In some instances, the Specifications <br />contained herein may refer to other requirements or specifications (such as <br />FDOT's Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction). If there is a <br />conflict between the Specifications and any referenced specification or <br />requirement, then the most stringent specification or requirement shall govern. <br />In any event, the ENGINEER and ENGINEER's CONSULTANT shall determine <br />which specification or requirement governs, and the ENGINEER's and <br />ENGINEER's CONSULTANT's decisions shall be final. <br />F. Notify all permitting agencies of intention to begin construction. Give proper <br />notification within the time frame required by the agency. <br />G. Give the ENGINEER ten (10) days minimum notice before beginning work on the <br />Project. <br />H. Give the ENGINEER a minimum of 48 hours notice before performing any test. <br />I. Do not work overtime unless authorized to do so by OWNER. If overtime is <br />required, provide 48 hours minimum notice to the ENGINEER. <br />J. Do not perform any work on holidays or weekends that require construction <br />observation by the ENGINEER and ENGINEER's CONSULTANT or OWNER, <br />without first obtaining the OWNER's written permission. <br />K. Anything mentioned in the Specifications and not shown in the Drawings, or <br />shown in the Drawings and not mentioned in the Specifications, shall be of like <br />effect as if shown or mentioned in both. <br />L. Maintain existing drainage during construction. <br />N. Before performing any work outside the designated limits of the work site, secure <br />all necessary permits and authorization from the applicable owner, or verify in <br />writing that such has been previously obtained. Follow all requirements of any <br />permits or authorization. Give the ENGINEER and appropriate owner ten (10) <br />days minimum notice before commencing construction operations outside the <br />designated limits of the work site. <br />TRUCTION SEAWARD OF THE COASTAL PRIMARY DUNE LINE <br />A. Restrictions: CONTRACTOR is advised a portion of the WORK is seaward of the <br />coastal primary dune line, including the ramp and stair crosswalks.
