WM836 <br /> Prepared By <br /> Indian River County Public Works Department <br /> Stormwater Engineering <br /> November 18 , 2002 <br /> Baseline Data : <br /> Baseline data will be derived from pre-construction water quality rab samples <br /> performed by the County at the project site . <br /> The effectiveness of this project in reducing stormwater loadings will be quantified by <br /> comparing pre- and post-construction water quality monitoring information . <br /> All laboratory analyses will be performed in accordance with US EPA and FDEP <br /> approved protocols . The selected firm will maintain a FDEP approved Comprehensive <br /> Quality Assurance Plan and Florida Department of Health certification . <br /> Pre -Construction Monitoring . <br /> Pre-construction monitoring will be as follows : <br /> Number of Sampling Locations : <br /> One location : Pre-construction monitoring will consist of surface water quality <br /> monitoring from an existing wetland area where the proposed wet detention <br /> stormwater pond will be constructed . See attached figure . <br /> Number of Surface Water Sampling Events : <br /> 3 storm events <br /> Total Number of Samplings : <br /> Surface Water — minimum of three grab samples .
