and must be controlled by wall switches only. <br />(u) For protection against rust or corrosion, all steel or <br />iron outlet boxes, junction boxes, cabinets, gutters, and similar type <br />equipment subject to rust or corrosion, shall be protected with a <br />zinc or cadmium coating by either the galvanizing or sherardizing <br />process. <br />(v) Wiring of slim line or end to end fixtures shall be as <br />follows: Asbestos 1,000 volt No, 14 wire or. RH No. _ 12 wire will be <br />accepted for circuit wiring of fixtures that are installed end to end, <br />to the extent of the supply of that circuit passing through fixture that. <br />it supplies. Minimum wire size <br />No. 12 or larger. <br />(w) Swimming pools: All conduits, junction boxes, reinforcing <br />steel, filter pump equipment, lighting fixtures and similar metallic <br />equipment must be bonded together and connectedto a common ground. <br />Metallic parts of ladders and diving boards must also be grounded. <br />All underwater pool lights must be of approved low voltage type. <br />Section 28. FEEDERS. The carrying capacity of each feeder <br />or subfeeder shall be based on the number of separate circuits which <br />it supplies, computed as follows: <br />(1) Overhead lighting circuits --assumed as having 1, 000 watts <br />per circuit for each 15 -amp'. circuit. <br />(2) Convenience outlet circuits --assumed as having 1,000 watts <br />per circuit. <br />(3) Non -itemized and heavy duty circuit --specified load for <br />which designed. <br />BOOK 11 PAGE1.35 <br />
