The other 2 baseball fields ( 3 &4) have this . Should this be added to the scope ? ANSWER N0 . 18 Yes . Bottom rail should be added and included in the cost of the fabric replacement . (Will be reflected in Addendum No . 2 - Technical Specifications) QUESTION NO. 19 The 10' tall sections that are adjacent to the dugouts in the baseball fields only have bottom rail up to the edge of the concrete . The old fence . material has value as a recyclable material . It would benefit the County to take possession . It would be most efficient, and have least environmental impact, to transport this material directly to a recycling facility. Please verify that the fencing contractor is not responsible for transport, and should leave the material on site in a designated area .
