• ITEMIZED BID SCHEDULE <br /> The bidders must fill-out the Itemized Bid Schedule within the Contract Documents. Bidders <br /> can utilize their own document or software to work-out the numbers , the actual Itemized Bid <br /> Schedule that is a part of the Contract Documents must be submitted to Purchasing with the <br /> Bid Package. IRC will be sending a revised Itemized Bid Schedule with Addendum No . l to <br /> reflect the stationing changes on pages 18 through 22 and revisions to quantities on pay <br /> items . Many questions were raised regarding obtaining the Itemized Bid Schedule on an <br /> Excel or other electronic format. After further consultation with County staff, Indian River <br /> County will not provide the planholders an Excel file of the Itemized Bid Schedule. <br /> •. PERMITS <br /> The County has obtained the following permits : <br /> St. Johns River Water Management District (ERP) <br /> U. S . Army Corps of Engineers <br /> Indian River Farms Water Control District <br /> FDOT <br /> The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary NPDES permits. <br /> • MOT <br /> The winning bidder must submit an MOT plan to be approved by IRC Traffic Division. The <br /> MOT plan must adhere to FDOT Design Standard Index 600 and Technical Specification <br /> 102 . <br /> During the construction of the bridges, the Contractor is allowed to close for through <br /> traffic for a period not to exceed 120 calendar days per roadway/bridge. Contractor may <br /> elect to have a maximum of three roadways close at the same time, but the three <br /> roadways to be closed can not be consecutive roadways. Further details on the closing <br /> can be found under Division 2 Technical Provisions Section 102 (F). <br /> • RIGHT-OF- WAY <br /> A majority of the work will be within Indian River County right-of--way. At this time the <br /> County has not acquired a piece of right-of--way at the northeast corner of 66ffi Avenue and <br /> 49h Street. If the subject right-of--way is not acquired by the time of bid award the project <br /> may be terminated south of 49h Street or an alternative design may be proposed. <br /> OFF RW IMPROVEMENTS <br /> A landscape buffer will be installed at the northwest corner of 66b Avenue and 451' Street <br /> outside the Indian River. County right-of4ay.
