Circular A-102 Attachment 0 and any other regulations from any other agencies <br />as may be required for the following professionals: <br />a. Property Appraisers; <br />b. Surveyors; <br />c. Realtors; <br />d. Title Companies <br />e. Engineers; <br />f. Other Applicable Service Providers. <br />11. Provide technical assistance to the County in procuring professional <br />service providers. <br />12. Review and approve all payment requests to ensure the payments are <br />appropriate and that proper documentation is included. <br />13. Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the direct cost of the property <br />acquisition activity in the contract. <br />14. Establish and maintain adequate bookkeeping systems for this <br />subsection of the project. <br />15. Evaluate this subsection according to HUD and DEO regulations <br />and prepare all reports to HUD and DEO <br />16. Establish and maintain property acquisition files that are acceptable to <br />HUD and DEO <br />7 <br />
