State Representative Charles Davis some evening. <br />Louis Schlitt and Warren Zeuch, Jr., Insurance Consultants <br />for the Board appeared and submitted the text of suggested <br />proposals for County insurance. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that these proposals <br />be referred to the Clerk who is to request the Insurance Agents <br />of the County to submit proposals along these lines; such proposals <br />to be received by the Clerk not later than 3:00 o'clock P. M. <br />on February 18, to be evaluated by a Committee., <br />The Chairman appointed the following Committee: Louis Schlitt' <br />and Warren Zeuch, Insurance Consultants; Paul D. Burch, Attorney <br />to the Board; Vice Chairman Richard P. Bogosian; and Deputy Clerk <br />Alfred H. Webber. <br />The Attorney to the Board reported that he had received a <br />letter from the FEC Railway Company and that they are in the <br />process, of changing rails and when this is completed, they will <br />do what they can to help the condition of the crossings. <br />The Attorney to the Board stated that there would be a need <br />for the Commissioners to place a value on County owned tax lands. <br />Richard Froemke and members of the Kiwanis Club appeared <br />before the Board and presented a reimbursement in the amount <br />of $27,825.00 as a grant-in-aid for the acquisition of 106 acres <br />of Kiwanis-Hobart Park from the Department of Natural Resources, <br />Division of Recreation and Parks. The Check was accepted by <br />Commissioner Loy on behalf of the Commission and the County. ` <br />A.Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey and unanimously carried that the Clerk be authorized to <br />advertise for supplemental budget for $27,825.00. <br />JAN 7 1970 <br />PUP <br />..;,;. <br />
