Consultant will coordinate with the Indian River County Roadway Division , Indian River <br /> County Utility Department, and the project contractor to submit the separate set of <br /> construction drawings for the 27 "' Avenue crossing . <br /> Consultant will submit the design drawings as described in Work Order #2 . <br /> Task 3 —PERMITTING <br /> ERP Permitting Services <br /> Consultant will prepare an exhibit illustrating the route of the ATS stormwater pipe and a <br /> project description that can be included with the County ' s ERP submittal to FDEP . As <br /> requested by FDEP , the exhibit will include the approximate limits of the HDD staging <br /> areas and known wetlands that the ATS stormwater pipe will be crossing . It is assumed <br /> that the ATS stormwater pipe can be designed with either a minimum 15 - ft clearance from <br /> any known wetlands or as an HDD installation under known wetlands and therefore <br /> additional environmental or permitting services will not be required . <br /> It is our understanding that Kimley - Horn is only responsible for permit documents related <br /> to the stormwater pipe and that others will be responsible for the preparation of the ERP <br /> application and all supporting documents related to the ATS site and pump station . <br /> Additionally , it is our understanding that all coordination with FDEP including application <br /> submittals will be handled by others . <br /> Task 4 — CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES <br /> 27th Ave Roadway Crossing <br /> The Consultant will provide additional construction phase services for the project related <br /> to the improvements included in this Work order. The additional construction phase <br /> services for this project will consist of limited shop drawing and pay application review , <br /> meeting attendance , and construction field observation for the construction of the 27th <br /> Avenue crossing that will be performed as part of the 5th Street S . W ./27th Avenue road <br /> widening project . <br /> In is anticipated that the Consultant will review one ( 1 ) set of shop drawing submittals . <br /> The shop drawings will be reviewed for conformance with the intent of the contract <br /> documents . The Consultant will review the submittal and return copies to the contractor <br /> and Indian River County Utilities and Indian River County Roadway Division . <br /> The Consultant will also review one ( 1 ) pay request and provide a recommendation for <br /> payment to Indian River County Utilities for the work . <br /> The Consultant will attend one ( 1 ) project kickoff status meeting with the Contractor and <br /> Owner. <br /> Construction observation will be provided by a field inspector and is anticipated to be for <br /> up to two (2 ) field visits .
