The permit fee for the application is expected to be $ 850 and is to be paid for directly by <br /> the Indian River County Utility Department. <br /> The Consultant will prepare for and attend two field meetings ; one with USACE and one <br /> with FDEP . The Consultant will attend one meeting with FDEP following submittal of the <br /> ERP application and one meeting with USACE, if required. <br /> The Consultant will respond to one request for additional information from FDEP and <br /> USACE. Additional requests for information will be provided as an additional service . <br /> The following assumptions have been made regarding the scope of services in this task. <br /> • Grading plans and details for the ATS will be prepared by Indian River County. <br /> Indian River County will provide signed and sealed drainage plans that can be <br /> included in the ERP permit submittal package . Grading plans and details for the <br /> access driveway from the South WTP site and the ancillary Sub4ater J canal <br /> improvements will be provided by KHA as part of a separate work order (Work <br /> Order #4). <br /> • Any grading and/or drainage modifications that need to be made on the ATS site as <br /> a result of the ERP permitting process will be made by Indian River County. KHA <br /> will coordinate with the Indian River County Public Works and Utility <br /> Departments to provide guidance on the types of grading and drainage <br /> improvements that may be required as part of the permit process. <br /> • Any improvements illustrated in the permit level sketches prepared by KHA will be <br /> added to the ATS site plans and advanced to a level of completion and detail <br /> reasonably sufficient for construction by Indian River County. <br /> • Wetland and surface waters have been delineated and surveyed and IRCU will <br /> provide the survey in CADD to KHA. Thus, wetland flagging and delineation has . <br /> not been included with this scope. <br /> • The access road from the ATS site to the water plant will be planned to the extent <br /> practical to avoid wetlands .
