the County Judge, reminding him that he had endorsed the list <br />of Holidays for County Employees, as had the other Elected Officials, <br />and that it is the desire of the Board that all offices in the <br />Courthouse be opened or closed at the same time. <br />The Board then adjourned at 12:00 o'clock Noon and <br />reconvened at 1:45 o'clock P. M. <br />Ralph Stewart, County Finance Officer, presented the <br />Budget Report which was explained to the Board. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner <br />Dritenbas, the State Witness Payroll for the County Court, February <br />Term, in the amount of $168.24 and the State Witness Payroll for <br />the County Court, February Term*in the amount of $210.16 were <br />unanimously approved. Commissioner McCullers, being absent, did <br />not vote. <br />The request of Mrs. Gladys Vigliano, County Welfare <br />Caseworker, for stationery and a typewriter were referred to the <br />County Administrator. It was suggested that she could use County <br />Stationery and a typewriter from the Road and Bridge Department. <br />No action was taken by the Board regarding a letter <br />from Henry F. Horton protesting a tax assessment on two lots. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, second by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas, and the Board unanimously approved the <br />petition for admission to a State Tuberculosis Hospital by <br />Edith.wormuck. <br />The Board then adjourned at 2:30 o'clock P. M. and, <br />immediately, at the call of the Chairman, convened as the Indian <br />River County Agricultural Zoning Board as provided for in Section <br />193.201, Florida Statutes. Present were Richard P. Bogosian, <br />Chairman; Alma Lee Loy, Vice Chairman; Jack U. Dritenbas and <br />Edward J. Massey, the voting members; and Homer C. Fletcher, <br />County Tax Assessor as ex -officio member. The Tax Assessor <br />presented to the Board returns and applications for certain lands <br />described in each return.to be zoned as agricultural land. The <br />,Y 1971 <br />
