Exhibit 1 <br /> (Scope of Work) <br /> WORK ORDER NO. 1 <br /> - From the storage tanks and pumping station , the re- use main will run south along SR <br /> A - 1 -A , 8305 If to Old Winter Beach Road , and terminate at a valve at the SW corner <br /> of SRA- I -A and Old Winter Beach Road . Along this length of re - use main , there will <br /> be 2 " , 4" or 6" PVC or HDPE stub-outs with valves provided at strategic locations <br /> for the future connection and distribution of re- use water for irrigation systems for <br /> the following developments : <br /> - Grand Harbor Beach Club <br /> - The Island Club <br /> - Bay Tree Condominium <br /> - Marbrisa <br /> - Sea Colony (east and west) <br /> - Indian Trails <br /> - Avalon <br /> - Ocean Pearl (east and west) <br /> - VB Estates ( undeveloped parcel ) <br /> - Palm Island Plantation <br /> - Carlton VB <br /> - River Club <br /> - John ' s Island <br /> - The list of developments above may be added to or deleted from depending on <br /> circumstances that may arise during the design process . <br /> The Engineering services are anticipated to be provided in three phases , as outline below . The <br /> engineer must obtain written authorization from IRCDUS staff prior to proceeding with each <br /> subsequent phase of the work . <br /> Phase 1 — Preliminary EngineerinE : <br /> - Prepare a route survey of SR A - 1 -A <br /> - Detailed evaluation of the service area, estimate current and future re - use water ( irrigation) <br /> needs . <br /> - Refine the hydraulic analysis/model of the IRCDUS re- use water system proposed to service <br /> this area, and prepare written report of results and recommendations for the system components, <br /> including the re- use main size, new or retrofitted pump station (s) and storage tank( s ), and other <br /> system infrastructure . <br /> -prepare preliminary plan of the improvements proposed . <br /> - prepare construction cost estimate . <br /> P . 2 of 3 <br />
