Schedule construction to minimize erosion and stormwater runoff from the construction <br /> site . Implement erosion control measures on disturbed areas as soon as practicable in <br /> portions of the site where construction activities have temporarily or permanently <br /> ceased , but in no case more than 7 days after the construction activity in that portion of <br /> the site has temporarily or permanently ceased . In addition to other temporary erosion <br /> control measures that may be implemented , application of polyacrylamide is required <br /> on all such disturbed areas within 7 days after the construction activity in that portion of <br /> the site has temporarily or permanently ceased , unless final landscaping has been <br /> installed .
