<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Tracts 3, 4, 5 and 6, Section 14, Township 33 South, Range 38
<br />East, according to the last general plat of lands of the
<br />Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk
<br />of the Circuit Court of St`. Lucie County, Florida. Said
<br />lands now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Subject to all existing canals, ditches and rights-of-way of
<br />record.
<br />The Land Use Map of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive
<br />Plan is hereby amended by designating the following described
<br />property as LD -2, Low -Density Residential 2.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Government lot 4, Section 26, Township 31 South, Range 39
<br />East, said land now lying and being in Indian River County,
<br />Florida.
<br />That part of Government lot 1. Section 27, Township 31 South,
<br />Range 39 East, lying south of County Road 510, said land now
<br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.

<br />Plan is hereby amended by redesignating the following described
