r.. <br />m <br />w <br />'r <br />ORDINANCE NO. 87-19 <br />Winter Beach Park Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 10, <br />page 7, Indian River County, Florida; <br />Winter Beach Highlands Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book <br />6, page 58, Indian River County, Florida; <br />Reece Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 32, <br />Indian River County, Florida; <br />All Land Lying and being in Indian River County, FLorida, and <br />containing approximately 250 acres more or less. <br />SECTION 4 <br />Page 36 of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />OSLO ROAD AREAS <br />A four hundred fifty (450) acre commercial/industrial node- is <br />located at the southwest corner of the 74th Avenue (Range Line <br />Road) and Oslo Road intersection. There is an eighty (80) acre <br />commercial node located at the U.S. #1 and Oslo Road intersection. <br />A fjftt X$$j' fifty-eight (58) acre commercial node is located at <br />the intersection of 27th Avenue and Oslo Road. <br />SECTION 5 <br />o <br />The Drainage Element of the Comprehensive Plan is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />DRAINAGE <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The drainage section of this element shall provide the <br />primary objectives and policies intended to protect land use from <br />adverse impacts of inadequate drainage. It will offer general <br />performance standards having to do with drainage and will <br />identify the various agencies which are involved with the <br />regulation, management, and maintenance of drainage systems. <br />OBJECTIVES & POLICIES <br />Objective #1 - Insure that all areas of the County where <br />development is existing or proposed have sufficient drainage <br />capability. <br />Policy #la - Identify those areas within the urban service <br />area of the County where drainage is inadequate and initiate <br />methods to correct. <br />Policy #lb - Support the National Flood Insurance Program at <br />the local level and assist the Flood Insurance Agency in <br />disseminating information relative to its provisions. <br />CODING: Words in Ottli¢xf#.xt4 type are deletions from existing law. <br />Words underlined are additions. <br />
