1. Minimum road crown elevation for existing roads <br />shall be raised during resurfacing/rebuilding to <br />the flood elevation resulting from the 2 year/24 <br />hour storm event on local streets. <br />2. The center two lanes of rebuilt roads must be at or <br />above flood levels resulting from a 10 year 24 hour <br />storm event on Arterial and Collector roads. <br />All drainage basins will meet the following level <br />of service standards. <br />By 1995 2-Year/24 Hour Storm Evert <br />By 2000 5-Year/24 Hour Storm Event <br />By 2010 10-Year/24 Hour Storm Event <br />o The county hereby adopts the following water quality <br />level -of -service standard; as a minimum, retention of the <br />first 1" of rainfall is required prior to offsite <br />discharge. An additional 50% treatment is required for <br />all direct discharge into the Indian River Lagoon due to <br />its designation as an outstanding Florida water, as <br />required by Ch. 17-25.025(9), F.A.C. <br />Potable Water: <br />o The level of service standards for the county's potable <br />water facilities of 250 gallons per day (GPD) per <br />equivalent residential unit ( ERU) ;--bagedalm-=cou�rrt�p <br />are hereby adopted and shall be <br />utilized for determining the availability of facility <br />capacity and the demand generated by a development. <br />Solid Waste: <br />o The following level of service standards are hereby <br />adopted for solid waste facilities in the county, and <br />shall be used as the basis for determining the <br />availability of facility capacity and the demand <br />generated by a development: <br />Service Area Average Solid Waste Generation Rate <br />County -wide 6.5 pound per capita per day <br />2.37 cubic yards per capita per year <br />
