Sanitary Sewer: <br />C The level of service standards for the county's sanitary <br />sewer facilities of 250 gallons per day (GPD) per <br />equivalent residential unit (ERU) ;--haaed-MMCYr--couirty <br />erdinanee-8*-18; with a peak monthly flow factor of 1.25 <br />are hereby adopted and shall be utilized for determining <br />the availability of facility capacity and the demand <br />generated by a development. <br />Recreation & Open Space: <br />The county hereby adopts recreation levels -of -service as <br />follows: <br />* Urban district parks, specialty parks (beach), and <br />specialty parks (river) are considered countywide <br />parks. The following levels -of -service are <br />applicable countywide. <br />Park Type Acres per 1000 Population <br />Urban District 5 <br />Specialty (Beach) 1.5 <br />Specialty (River) 1.5 <br />* Community park levels of service are hereby set <br />separately for the north and south districts. For <br />the south district, two levels -of -service are set, <br />one for the period from 1989 to 1995 and the other <br />from 1996-2010. <br />District Park Type Acres per 1000 Population <br />North Community 3 <br />South Community 1.25 (1989-1995) <br />South Community 3 (1996-2010) <br />Traffic Circulation: <br />o The county hereby adopts traffic circulation level of - <br />service standards. These standards are as follows. <br />Level of service "C" shall be maintained for rural <br />principal arterials and rural freeways during peak hour, <br />peak season, peak direction conditions. During peak <br />hour, peak season, peak direction conditions level of <br />service "D" or better shall be maintained on all other <br />freeway, arterial and collector roadways. <br />
