One <br />34 methodology that can be used is the PATCH program. Methodology chosen by the Children's <br />35 Services Advisory Committee Community Assessment and Planning Committee must include all <br />36 service areas with asset mapping to assess socioeconomic, physical, environmental, educational, <br />37 and behavioral health. This process will determine what programs are available and in what quality <br />38 and quantify they are being provided to the children of Indian River County. This review shall <br />39 occur in a time frame to meet recommendation deadlines to the Board of County Commissioners <br />40 for fiscal year budgeting, as suggested in Chart #1. An update to the Needs Assessment shall be <br />41 done every three years with surveys conducted as needed. <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 The Children's Services Advisory Committee Guide shall be reviewed by the Children's Services <br />45 Advisory Committee and staff annually.
