ORDINANCE NO. 2000- 0 2 4 <br />shall provide the US 1 and CR 510 landscape buffer (as <br />specified herein) with a six-foot opaque feature Where a wall <br />or fence is used, such wall or fence shall be located within the <br />middle one third of the buffer strips's width (measured <br />perpendicular to CR 510)and landscaping material shall be <br />planted on each side of the wall or fence <br />C.
