303.32 <br />No <br />structure <br />in Indian <br />in Event <br />River County <br />shall <br />Issuance of Approval <br />be <br />Section Health Department <br />and <br />Approval Required For <br />Demolition <br />unless an approval <br />Section 303.33 Application For Approval And Fee <br />Application for Health Department demolition approval shall be made on forms provided <br />by the Health Department and shall be accompanied by an inspection fee, except that Indian <br />River County and the municipalities shall be exempt from the requirement of such fee or <br />reinspection fee. The fee shall be as follows: a. $100 for commercial structures exceeding 3000 <br />square feet; b. $50 for all other structures. <br />Section 303.34 Inspection and Report <br />Upon receipt of an application for a Health Department demolition approval, the Health <br />Department shall inspect the property proposed for demolition for evidence of the following and <br />shall issue a report of the inspection: <br />a. Vermin <br />b. Septic tanks <br />C, Underground storage tanks <br />d. Asbestos <br />e. Potable or irrigation wells <br />f. Hazardous materials and toxic substances <br />g. Devices containing mercury <br />h.
