<br />Land development regulations section 913.07(4)(E)3 is hereby
<br />amended to read as follows:
<br />(3) A sketch showing:
<br />(a) Any existing water management or utility
<br />facilities;.
<br />(b) Proposed stormwater management plan and control
<br />facilities and general grading plan,
<br />(c) Utility sources, distribution and collection
<br />lines, if available, (including but not limited to
<br />water, sewer, fire hydrants, electricity, cable
<br />television and telephone);
<br />(d) Proposed locations of streetlights, sidewalks and
<br />bike paths, if any; and
<br />(e) Proposed finished grade elevations of all lots.
<br />Land development regulations section 913.07(5)(G) is hereby
<br />amended to read as follows:
<br />(G) Inspections. The public works director, county
<br />engineer, community development director, county
<br />administrator, fire division, and county utilities
<br />director, or their representatives, shall have the
<br />right to inspect the project for the purpose of
<br />ensuring that all improvements are being constructed in
<br />conformance with the provisions of this chapter, the
<br />approved preliminary plat, and land development permit.
<br />All required data, tests and reports specified in this
<br />chapter shall be submitted and approved by the public
<br />works director prior to acceptance or final approval of
<br />improvements. Required installation of subsurface
<br />construction such as water and sewer lines, public
<br />utilities, traffic -control devices and storm drainage
<br />shall be completed prior to compaction of subgrade and
<br />road construction.
<br />(1) Reasonable tests results may be required by the
<br />public works director, provided to the county at
<br />the expense of the applicant by a testing
<br />laboratory approved by the public works
<br />department. Compaction testing shall be done one
<br />test every eight hundred (800) feet, with a
<br />minimum of three (3) tests per lift, per street.
<br />Such tests shall include, but not be limited to,
<br />compaction tests for subgrade, base and asphalt,
<br />material specifications tests to assure adherence
<br />to specifications of base, soil cement, asphaltic
