1' i <br />concrete, Portland cement concrete, drainage pipe <br />and other materials, sanitary sewer pipe, water <br />lines and materials and tests of other such <br />materials and procedures as may be required to <br />assure that construction is according to the plans <br />and specifications approved by the land <br />development permit. <br />4. Subdivision Project Construction Commencement <br />Notification <br />Land development regulations section 913.07 (5)(H) is hereby <br />amended to add the following: <br />(H) Notification. The respective county division shall be <br />notified, in writing, or by telephone, of the <br />commencement and completion of the following items of <br />construction so that an immediate inspection can be <br />performed to ensure construction in conformance with <br />said approved construction plans and specifications and <br />the requirements of this chapter. If the county <br />notifies the developer that no county inspector is <br />available to inspect within forty-eight (48) hours of <br />an inspection request, and if a delay in inspection <br />would cause a delay in the project, then this <br />requirement may be met by submission of a certificate <br />from the engineer of record that all construction was <br />completed in accordance with the land development <br />regulations: <br />(1) Waterlines and sanitary sewer lines prior to <br />backfilling (utilities division); <br />(2) Stabilized subgrade (public works division); <br />(3) Curb and concrete work (public work division); <br />(4) Roadway base (public works division); <br />(5) Surface course (public works division); <br />(6) Permanent reference monuments and permanent <br />control points (public works division); <br />(7) Storm sewer (public works division) <br />Emergenc-y access and fire protection water supply <br />fire division). <br />5.
