In addition, the scope <br />of service of the contract shall be reduced to accommodate the <br />deletion of any municipality that elects to refuse or terminate <br />any service provided under the provisions of the contract within <br />the boundaries of said municipality, <br />3.4 - The Contract for Residential Recycling Service <br />shall be automatically renewed for additional one (1) year <br />periods unless either party shall give written notice of <br />non -renewal at least 60 days prior to the end of the initial <br />term or one of the one (1) year renewal terms. <br />section �.
