f <br />recyclable materials collection service provided to business <br />establishments, County owned property, churches, schools, <br />multiple dwelling units, mobile home parks, office buildings and <br />other commercial or industrial establishments. As related to <br />recyclable materials collection, this definition applies to a <br />service wherein containers ars <br />collection of recyclable materials generated by the customer and <br />does not include public drop-off centers or services wherein <br />baled materials or food wastes are collected by a transport <br />vehicle. <br />4.7 - Commercial Rubbish: Shall mean any and all <br />accumulations of paper, rags, excelsior or other packing <br />materials, wood, paper or cardboard boxes or containers, <br />sweepings, and any ether AGC MulAtWn n9t inoiud@d and@r th@ <br />definition of Garbage, generated by the operation of stores, <br />offices, and other business places; also bottles, cans or other <br />containers, excluding recyclable materials, which, due to their <br />ability to retain water, may serve as breeding places for <br />mosquitoes or other water -breeding insects. <br />4.8 - Construction/Demolition Debris: shall mean <br />material defined as such in Chapter 17-701, F.A.C. and shall <br />include material generally considered to be non -hazardous and <br />not water soluble, including, but not limited to, steel, glass, <br />bricks, concrete blocks, asphalt roofing material, tile plates, <br />debris and waste accumulated from building, rebuilding and <br />altering of buildings, structures, roads, streets, sidewalks or <br />parkways. <br />4.9 - Construction or Demolition Site: shall mean a <br />property upon which a new structure or building is being <br />pr@at@d, Gr an @xi®ting ®truatur® r®pair®d, movatod, or <br />demolished, where building materials are or have been, <br />accumulated or generated. <br />4.10 - Contract: Shall mean the provisions herein for <br />Residential Recycling Service to be performed by Collector. <br />-6- <br />HSFRAN93.DOC <br />Language <br />underlined <br />is <br />Added <br />Language <br />stricken <br />ie <br />Deleted <br />n <br />
