GAIDRY STATED THAT HE WOULD BE OPEN FOR MORE DISCUSSION, BUT HE <br />FEELS IT WOULD BE MORE FEASIBLE TO DO THIS WHEN THE COUNTY IS READY TO WIDEN <br />CITRUS ROAD. HE FEELS THIS IS PREMATURE' <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE MOTION: THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, <br />AND THE MOTION WAS CARRIED. <br />MR, CARTER ALSO STATED THAT AT THE AUGUST 6TH MEETING, THE BOARD <br />WAS INFORMED THAT SOMETIME AGO THE.COUNTY IN OBTAINING RIGHT—OF—WAY <br />ON RANGELINE ROAD TO CITRUS ROAD RECEIVED FAULTY LEGAL DESCRIPTION WHICH <br />SHOULD BE CORRECTED. THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION STATED THAT THE COUNTY OWNED <br />PASTURE LAND AND MR.
