HE FURTHER NOTED THAT DEED RESTRICTIONS WOULD ALLOW IT TO' BE <br />USED FOR MOBILE HOMES ONLY. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY ASKED MR. BRENNAN IF, BASED ON THE MASTER <br />PLAN, THERE IS ANY REASON WHY THE CUT OFF POINT FOR COMMERCIAL ZONING <br />COULDN'T BE LOCATED AT THE SOUTH END OF THIS PROPERTY INSTEAD OF THE <br />NORTH. SHE NOTED THERE IS EXISTING COMMERCIAL TO THE NORTH NOW. <br />COUNTY PLANNER BRENNAN STATED THAT THERE IS ACTUALLY NO <br />REASON THIS PROPERTY COULDN'T BE LEFT COMMERCIAL AND ANOTHER CUT-OFF <br />"POINT ESTABLISHED TO THE SOUTH. <br />ATTORNEY HENDERSON NOTED THE APPLICANTS ORIGINALLY ATS .. <br />TEMPTED TO RETAIN SOME COMMERCIAL, BUT DID AGREE TO CHANGE. HE <br />• POINTED OUT THAT -IF THIS PROPERTY IS LEFT IN C-lA,MR. & MRS. CONDE'S <br />SINGLE FAMILY HOME WILL BE NON -CONFORMING. HE FELT THEY ARE WILL- <br />ING, HOWEVER, TO GO EITHER WAY. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT,WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />JOHN ZIMMERMAN INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE OWNS A LOT IN <br />THIS PROPERTY AND HE OBJECTS TO THE WAY THEY WANT TO DO THE RE- <br />ZONING. HE STATED THAT THEY WANT TO GIVE HIM 33' OF THE ROAD WHICH <br />HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON AND KEEP UP, AND HE STILL WOULDN'T BE <br />ABLE TO PUT A 60' TRAILER ON HIS LOT.. HE NOTED THAT HE HAS A 50' <br />TRAILER THERE NOW, BUT WANTS A LARGER ONE. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT POINTED OUT THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE TO <br />ACCEPT THE 33' IF HE DOESN'T WISH TO, AND ATTORNEY COLLINS NOTED <br />THAT MOST OF THE PEOPLE ON THESE TYPE LOTS GO TO DOUBLEWIDE TRAILERS. <br />THE BOARD FURTHER POINTED OUT TO MR. ZIMMERMAN THAT WITH <br />THE EXISTING ZONING, HE CAN'T REPLACE OR REPAIR HIS EXISTING MOBILE. <br />HOME AND WITHOUT THE ADDITIONAL 33', HE CAN'T CONFORM TO THE PROPOSED <br />ZONING. <br />ATTORNEY HENDERSON STATED THAT MR. ZIMMERMAN WAS ORIGINALLY <br />PART OF THE REQUEST FOR REZONING, BUT THEN WITHDREW. ATTORNEY <br />HENDERSON FELT THAT HE COULD PETITION TO HAVE MR.
