J <br />HIS DESIRE TO LIVE IN THE COUNTRY TO LIVE ADJACENT TO A SUBDIVISION. <br />HE STATED THAT HE WOULD CONSIDER THE SUBJECT PROPERTY SUBMERGED <br />LAND AND FELT THE FILL THEY HAVE THERE NOW WOULDNIT BEGIN TO <br />RAISE IT UP TO THE MINIMUM ELEVATION. HE NOTED THAT HE AND THE <br />OTHER PROPERTY OWNERS PRESENT LIVE IN THE COUNTRY FOR THE EXPRESS <br />PURPOSE OF LOW DENSITY AND RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT THE BOARD LET <br />THEM CONTINUE THIS PRIVILEGE SO THEY CAN ENJOY THE HOMES THEY HAVE <br />INVESTED IN AND THEIR PRIVACY. <br />EDWARD TILLIS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE OWNS FIVE ACRES <br />NORTHEAST OF THIS PROPERTY AND MOVED THERE SPECIFICALLY TO RAISE <br />HIS CHILDREN IN A LOW DENSITY AREA. HE REITERATED MR. THOMASES' <br />SENTIMENTS AND NOTED THAT THE MARL PIT ON THE WILMOTH PROPERTY <br />HAS BEEN DUG OUT FROM 3' TO 6' DEEP. <br />JOHN LUKE STATED THAT HE LIVES ON THE PROPERTY SOUTH OF <br />MR, WILMOTH AND ALSO MOVED INTO THIS LOW DENSITY AREA TO RAISE <br />HIS FAMILY. HE OPPOSED THE REZONING. <br />CLARENCE MONKS WHO OWNS 25 ACRES TO THE NORTH OF THIS <br />PROPERTY NEAR MR. TILLIS AND MR. THOMAS, STATED THAT HE HAS <br />SOME COWS AND DUCKS ON HIS LAND AND FEELS THE SAME AS THE OTHERS <br />ABOUT THE LOW DENSITY AND NOT HAVING ANYONE ENCROACHING ON THEM. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT NOTED THAT.R-1E IS LOW DENSITY, BUT <br />AUTRY THOMAS POINTED OUT THAT AGRICULTURAL ZONING IS FIVE TIMES <br />LESS, AND HE ALSO FELT THE REQUESTED REZONING WOULD CONSTITUTE <br />SPOT ZONING. <br />DEAN LUETHJE NOTED THAT ON PARCELS OF LAND AT THE NORTH- <br />WEST CORNER OF THIS PROPERTY THERE ALREADY ARE ABOUT FIVE <br />RESIDENCES. HE STATED THAT THEY ARE PLANNING TO PUT ONE HOME IN <br />ABOUT 1-1/2 ACRES OF LAND AND THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF THE <br />MECHANICAL PROBLEMS OF THE LAND AND ALSO REALIZE THAT THEY ARE <br />IN A FRINGE AREA OF AGRICULTURAL LAND, BUT WILL MAKE THIS A DEED <br />RESTRICTIONS HE NOTED THAT IT WOULD NOT BE FEASIBLE TO USE <br />THIS PROPERTY FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES BECAUSE OF THE LAKE <br />WHICH COVERS 7 OR 8 ACRES. <br />48 <br />BOOK 34 PA Ac F48,,ri <br />
