I <br />_9 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 78-13 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County „ Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County,, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />j <br />as follows: <br />r <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida to -wit: <br />The West 20.61 acres of Tract 16, Section 1, Township <br />33 South, Range 38 East, AND the South 1/2 of the East <br />20 acres of Tract 16, Section 1, Township 33 South, Range <br />38 East <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural to R -1E Country Estate <br />District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect. May 15, 1978. <br />DEAN LUETHJE THEN PRESENTED TO THE BOARD PLANS FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPOSED WESTLAKE ESTATES ON THE PROPERTY <br />JUST DISCUSSED AND REQUESTED THAT THE BOARD GRANT TENTATIVE <br />APPROVAL, HE STATED THAT THEY WILL HAVE LOTS OF AT LEAST ONE <br />ACRE IN SIZE AROUND THE LAKE, AND IF THEY HAVE TO DEEPEN THE <br />LAKE, IT COULD BE LEGALLY INCLUDED IN THE AREA OF SOME OF THE LOTS <br />AROUND THE LAKE. HE STATED THAT HE CANNOT SAY AT THIS TIME WHERE <br />THE EXTRA MATERIAL THAT WILL BE NEEDED WILL COME FROM AS THEY <br />HAVE NOT COMPLETED A'TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY. HE CONTINUED THAT <br />THIS WILL BE A PRIVATE SUBDIVISION, AND PART OF THE LAKE AND <br />THE RECREATION AREA WILL BE DEEDED TO AN ASSOCIATION.
