MULHEARN <br /> <br />st <br />Discussion ensued and it was stated that the new traffic signal at 101 Avenue <br />should be completed within 90-days. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously <br />authorized (by a vote of 4-0 Vice Chairman Neuberger <br />absent) County staff to issue purchase orders to FDSI, <br />Kimley-Horn and W.F. Mulhearn to proceed with the <br />traffic signalization plans preparation, as recommended in <br />the memorandum of September 28, 2005. <br /> <br />11.I.2.
