JENNINGS, Administrator 2145 14th Avenue Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />ENCLOSURE <br />2 <br />September <br />13, 1978 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Report on Last illegal Landfills. <br />ITEM (#1) <br />Roseland - Since my last report I have observed a few <br />more dumpings on the AAA Septic Tanks property. <br />ITEM (#2) <br />Nothing has changed except he is sawing up the trees. <br />Business is still going on as usual even since -Mr. McNanamy <br />wrote Mr'. Rudy out a Report of Violation on ticket #SW46-1 <br />on 8/10/78 at 10:05 a.m. <br />.ITEM '(#3)•Piles <br />of trees and tree stumps are still at the location. <br />There is no evidence of any recent dumpings. <br />ITEM (#4) <br />They have made an effort to clear•some of their metal and <br />wallboard out, but not all of it. <br />ITEM (#5) <br />Since Mr. McNanamy and I observed their location and pictures <br />made, I observed two black males loaded with what looked to <br />be an old stove and refrigerator, go back and come out empty. <br />When I stopped to talk to them, the owner came up to me and <br />said they had permission. I asked where they dumped it and <br />he•said it was his property and he could do what he wanted to. <br />ITEM (#6) <br />Trees and stumps are still there. No -evidence of any new <br />dumpings. • t <br />ITEM (#7) <br />Since I+have talked to Dodger Pines Country Club manager, <br />they have installed four posts with a cable across the entry <br />road. Since I can't go back there, I don't know if they have <br />cleaned it up or not. 1 <br />r <br />I <br />OCT 181.978 <br />
