WodtkeJr., Chairman <br />Oct. 11 1978. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />FLOOD ORDINANCE RECENTLY ADOPTED. HE INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THE PRE— <br />VIOUS ORDINANCE WAS SENT TO THE APPROPRIATE FEDERAL BODIES, AND THEY <br />HAVE INDICATED IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE ACCEPTABLE, ONE ADDITIONAL SECTION <br />NEEDS TO BE INSERTED IN REGARD TO SURVEYS REFLECTING ELEVATIONS PRIOR <br />TO BUILDING PERMITS BEING ISSUED IN CERTAIN AREAS. ATTORNEY COLLINS <br />CONTINUED THAT HE HAS PREPARED A SECTION WHICH HE FEELS WILL BE ACCEPT— <br />ABLE AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL, AND THIS AMENDMENT IS JUST TO INCLUDE THE ONE <br />ADDITIONAL PROVISION. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER.LOY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE 78-32 AMENDING ORDINANCE <br />78-25. <br />9 <br />NOV i 19783 lob <br />
