Keep a diary or log book which records <br />hours on the job site, weather condi- <br />tions, data relative to questions of <br />extras or deductions, daily activities, <br />the daily progress of construction, and <br />test procedures. <br />C. Furnish COUNTY periodic reports of pro- <br />gress of the work and of Contractor's• <br />compliance with the approved progress <br />schedule, schedule of Shop Drawing <br />submissions and other schedules. <br />3.0 FEE DATA f^ <br />We enclose for your analysis and review a breakdown of pro- <br />posed fees. The fee is shown in two phases. The first is <br />the design phase including the required out-of-pocket: <br />expenses and the second is the construction phase. <br />4.0 PERFORMANCE; SCHEDULE <br />It is proposed t.o complete the design phase in 3 months, <br />assuming no major problems with the permit requirements. <br />The construction phase will continue throughout the duration <br />of the construction contract.
