REQUESTED THIS BE APPROVED NOW SO THAT THE ATTORNEY CAN REVIEW THE <br />DOCUMENTS WHEN MR. DUBOIS ARRIVES AND THEY CAN BE SIGNED. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT VOICED THE HOPE THAT THIS CROSSING WILL <br />NOT BE TORN UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITRUS SEASON, WHEN ALL THE FRUIT <br />IS BEING SHIPPED. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION No. 79-32 IN REGARD TO MODIFYING <br />THE AGREEMENT WITH FEC ABOUT THE CROSSING AT-HOBART ROAD AND AUTHORIZED <br />THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE NECESSARY AGREEMENTS. <br />SAID DOCUMENTS WILL BE MADE A PART OF THE MINUTES WHEN RECEIVED. <br />S. P. MUSICK OF MUSICK-FOWLER LAND SURVEYING CAME BEFORE THE <br />BOARD IN REGARD TO FINAL APPROVAL OF CITRUS HIDEWAY SUBDIVISION ON <br />BEHALF OF HIS CLIENT, KEITH MARTIN. HE STATED THAT ALL THE WORK HAS <br />BEEN DONE AS CALLED FOR.ON'THE PLANS; IT IS WELL DRAINED WITH SUBSTANTIAL <br />DITCHES; AND THEY ARE REQUESTING FINAL APPROVAL. <br />MR. MUSICK THEN DISCUSSED WITH THE BOARD THE MECHANICS OF <br />GETTING PLATS ON RECORD, AND POINTED OUT THAT IT REQUIRES THE SIGNATURE <br />OF THE BOARD MEMBERS, THE CLERKS SIGNATURE AND THE ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />SIGNATURE. HE EXPRESSED THE HOPE THAT THE BOARD WOULD CONSIDER SIGNING <br />THE PLAT AT THE TIME FINAL APPROVAL IS GIVEN, WHICH WOULD EXPEDITE <br />MATTERS, <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE DID NOT SEE ANY PROBLEM WITH THIS AS LONG AS <br />EVERYTHING IS ON THE PLAT THAT IS NEEDED, AND ADMINISTRATOR .JENNINGS <br />AGREED THIS -WOULD FACILITATE THINGS AS LONG AS THERE ARE NO ADDITIONS <br />OR CHANGES TO BE MADE IN THE ORIGINAL. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT ASKED IF THIS SUBDIVISION HAS BEEN IN- <br />SPECTED,AND THE ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT HE INSPECTED IT ON MARCH 14TH <br />AND FOUND IT TO BE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. <br />DISCUSSION ENSUED ON POSSIBLE DIVISION OF THE'PLATTED LOTS, <br />AND IT WAS NOTED THAT THESE LOTS ARE NOT WIDE ENOUGH TO BE DIVIDED. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT ASKED ABOUT DEED RESTRICTIONS BECAUSE <br />THIS SUBDIVISION IS SET IN AN AGRICULTURAL AREA AND THERE WILL BE AERIAL <br />SPRAYING, .ETC.
